Ethical dilemmas in working life
Working life naturally generates ethical dilemmas. They may remain hidden beneath the surface, but their roots burrow deep and sap the moral of the people and institutions they are capable of taking to the point of breakdown.
"L’Echo de l’Ethique" aims to provide a forum for discussion where the ethical problems linked to working life can be expressed and debated in complete anonymity, for the benefit of everyone.
The working group meet every two months for an in-depth discussion of the cases or situations, without necessarily striving for consensus. At the end of each meeting, a detailed report will be drawn up and published on the Observatore’s website. This will allow the authors of the initial missives to consult, in total anonymity, the working group’s comments and discussions.
