Aussi, il relance le d\u00e9bat sur les avantages et risques des monnaies digitales priv\u00e9es. Cette annonce a suscit\u00e9 des r\u00e9actions contrast\u00e9es, l\u2019enthousiasme initial de certains adeptes des \u00ab crypto-monnaies \u00bb c\u00e9dant la place \u00e0 la m\u00e9fiance des r\u00e9gulateurs.<br \/>\nL\u2019objectif de ce colloque est double : d\u2019une part, il vise \u00e0 identifier les lignes de rupture et de continuit\u00e9 qu\u2019introduit la Libra dans d\u00e9bat sur la digitalisation de la monnaie et notamment par rapport aux monnaies digitales priv\u00e9es existantes (par ex. bitcoin, ether) ; d\u2019autre part, il incite \u00e0 s\u2019interroger sur la fa\u00e7on dont cette nouvelle monnaie digitale interpelle les banques centrales et pourrait notamment les pousser \u00e0 cr\u00e9er leur propre monnaie digitale.
